Enso Brushstroke Catch-All Dish
Enso Brushstroke Catch-All Dish is a Wheel-thrown shallow dish with slightly irregular rim plates in Warm cream base with bold dark iron-oxide brushwork glaze, handmade at Mita Pottery Studio, Rakkar, Himachal Pradesh. ₹900. One of one.
One brushstroke. One breath. There is a moment at the wheel when the hand moves without thinking — this dish was glazed in exactly that spirit. It belongs on a windowsill, a bedside table, a desk where small things collect.
Wheel-thrown from a smooth, lightly iron-flecked stoneware, the rim carries a gentle organic wobble from the trimming. A warm cream gloss glaze covers the interior; over it, a single sweeping iron-oxide mark spirals inward in a loose enso gesture, applied in one loaded-brush pass that leaves dry-brush striations at the edges. The dark pigment shows warm bronze glints where it thickens. Fired at stoneware temperature around cone 6.
